Eric Olafson - President and Chief Executive Officer Eric is focused on the ongoing development of the business and direction of the retail-in-realtime vision. Eric has an extensive background in systems development, marketing and sales organizations, the past fifteen years of which have focused on the retail market. He is a leading proponent of the thin-client revolution in retail and has been extensively quoted in industry and trade journals. In 2001 Eric was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year®.

Virgil Fernandez - Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Virgil is responsible for the ongoing development of Tomax technology initiatives. With an extensive background in the retail industry, Virgil is a frequent speaker for industry/trade events and recognized as an noted expert in theory and practice of retail systems creation. Virgil is the former IS Vice President for Owen Retail, a holding and retail services company that acquires and provides centralized retail management services for numerous retail chains.

Bill Kennedy - Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Bill is responsible for Tomax finance, legal and administration resources. Bill rejoins Tomax after five years as Chief Financial Officer at SirsiDynix, the leading provider of library automation software. With vast professional experience in the areas of mergers and acquisition, human resources, systems integration, planning and operations, Bill also possesses a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Utah and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jaye Olafson - Chief Operating Officer Jaye is responsible for the deployment of support and project management resources, coordination of installations, training and operations management, providing a client focal point to comprise a successful implementation plan. With over a decade of senior administration and operations management experience, most recently with American Management System, Jaye helped facilitate the explosive expansion of the AMS Canadian headquarters, managing an employee base that grew by over 2,500% within 18 months.
